This is one of several vintage collectible items, including more Royal Haeger that I will be listing this next week. I'm thinning a few pieces out of my collection.
Here is a stunning Royal Haeger vase that was introduced in 1964. I have only seen a handful or two of these, but none in this color glaze.
I believe the glaze was called reseda green and it didn't hang around for long. It is mid-century modern green with hints of brown in the top bulbous portion.
This beauty measures 8" tall by 4 3/4" wide at the nodule portion and 4 wide at the base. The bottom is marked 4023 Royal Haeger USA Haeger Potteries Dundee ILL. It is in excellent condition.
Only 2 minor flaws to note: a little green residue on the bottom and a glaze miss less that 1/4 at the base. It is not a chip (just the glaze) and due to discoloration, it obviously was a manufacturers flaw. A wonderful piece to add to your collection or décor.
