Vintage STP Imperial Leather Lined Roped Racing Hat Very Rare Read

Vintage STP Imperial Leather Lined Roped Racing Hat. Not quite sure on the years of this hat but we would guess 70's or 80's.

There are some stains on the hat. For the age it is in Good Condition. We have researched this hat and are not finding anything that looks just like it.

This hat is from my grandfather's collection. He worked at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway from 1965 to 2009 both as a crew member for several race teams and later on as a USAC official in the garage area. Unfortunately my grandfather passed away last November and as the family has been cleaning out the house we have come across many racing items that I will be putting up for sale. I will be listing many Indianapolis 500 related items.
