VINTAGE ISSA BLACK SILK SHEER PANEL PLEATED DRESS. This exact design has been famously shown in media images on a number of occasions. An elegant pure silk dress, which has a fabulous weight and drape. Semi transparent mesh panel inserts at the deep V neck, side arms and centre back neck. (see the media images provided which are an exact match for this dress). Pleated detail through the front shoulders, bodice, through to the skirt. A section of fine pleats at the waistband seam. Gorgeous self fabric covered buttons at the side and concealed side zip.
