A very interesting piece of WWII Era history that would have almost certainly seen action. These were mostly used by Heavy Bomber navigators as will as Fighter Pilots for raids and reconnaissance. Clearly marked with the kings crown and A. These supposedly house a Leminia movement pointing to why it still ticks away and keeps perfect time even today. Inside the case is marked G&S Co Ltd which meaning for Goldsmith & Silversmith Co Ltd who would have originally supplied the piece to the Government. Working vintage condition with patina, tested over 1 hour and kept perfect time. Minor fracture to the dial at the 9 o'clock / 45 second mark.
