This copy is in GEM MINT CONDITION. It has only been out of it protective cover twice. Once when I bought it in 1998 to check it over and the second time for the pictures. This book has never been read and has been stored since 1998 in a secure, smoke free, pet free, controlled environment since 98.

This copy is immaculate and it will sell quickly. This copy in my opinion is for investment only and should be graded by Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) or Beckett Comic Grading (CBCS) This will grade 9.8+ or 10 it's that nice of a book. I just don't have the time or patience to wait a year for it to be graded. It is tight, colors are immaculate and vibrant, staples are clean, shiny, no spine rolls, splits, cracks, folds, tears, missing pieces, it is a very flat beautiful comic.
