This copy is in GEM MINT CONDITION. It has only been out of it protective cover twice. Once when I bought it in 1998 to check it over and the second time for the pictures. This book has never been read and has been stored since 1998 in a secure, smoke free, pet free, controlled environment since 98. The colors are vibrant book looks like it was just taken off the shelf. It is tight, colors are immaculate and vibrant, staples are clean, shiny, no spine rolls, splits, cracks, folds, tears, missing pieces, it is a very flat a very beautiful comic. Like I mentioned above this is a very rare comic.
