Royal Satsuma Large Gold gilded birds moriage mid 19th. C. Very rare piece
This extraordinary and exquisite satsuma marriage large vase, with gold gilded raised birds and multicolored flowers in colors, that are so alive and birds that look like they are about to take flight are truly one of a kind, with minor scratches and bruises and of course just like any satsuma of this age this one is not perfect but close. It is very large and just stunning to look at, and a great conversation starter, and especially if you place it on top of your fireplace it can give you a feel of living in that age.
