Not exactly sure on date but it does follow the later design with the rounded front.... Has that small emblem on the inside..... Case structurally sound and heavy weighs 7lbs.....

Had 4 leather feet on bottom, one is missing....... There is nothing to stop the case from opening a full 180 degrees..... A bit musty but than can be fixed with airing.... I do febreze with sunlight definitely works well.......
