A very rare Kuznetsov plate from a private collection! This plate is very rare!

I came across only 2 of these, one was with a stigma and the second one without this stigma. On the reverse side there is a Seal in the form of numbers like Keznetsov's. There are chips on the sides of the plate, but they are small, the largest chip is up to 1 cm, there is in the photo. There is also a crack, also indicated in the photo.
