New Old Stock Rare Vintage Florsheim Imperial 93605 Horween Shell Cordovan Long Wing Shoes Mens 11 EEE. These are from my own collection, stored with shoe trees and shoe bags in a smoke free household. There is a slight indentation on the left shoe, I tried to show in pictures. The Shell Cordovan is in great condition and has no cracks or creases.
The shoes have only been conditioned with Saphir Renovateur and Venetian Shoe Cream. Shoe bag Included, not Florsheim. These are great LWB Gunboats! Compared to Alden or Allen Edmonds.
They are extremely rare especially in this size! They run true to size! The Florsheim Imperial Kenmoor 93605 is the most sought after vintage Florsheim shoe, The Imperial was one of the best American made shoes in its day and this models Shell Cordovan leather was a step up from the more common calfskin Imperials. The shoe has the classic gunboat long wing style that was very popular in the USA during the 1960s and 1970s and remains somewhat popular today.
Its goodyear welted double leather sole and armored heel means it's a very durable shoe. This was one of Florsheim Shoe Cos premium models and was an all leather shoe with full glove leather lining. It featured a double leather sole accented by 5 nails and a leather heel with v-cleat.
