Evian Les Bains France ROYAL HOTEL LUGGAGE Label 1910 very rare TRÜB

This Evian Les Bains France Royal Hotel LUGGAGE Label from 1910 is a truly rare find for collectors, even for only-Swiss labels collectors as even if the subject is French, the label has been made in Switzerland by renowned printer August Trüb. It showcases the beauty of early Swiss poster design and the elegance of the early 1900s. The label features sharp graphics and colors, with the hotel's name in bold art deco letters.

The fact it was made in Switzerland but being a French hotel adding to its value as a unique piece of travel history. Extremely fine early litho by A. Trüb & Cie Lausanne (Switzerland) from ca.

1910, signed by the printer in left edge. A very rare early Trüb not to be missed.

The Hôtel Royal sit just behind the Splendide Hotel that was located in the French side of the Geneva Lake (Switzerland). To the contrary of the Splendide The Royal still exists today.

Almost the same label was made for both hotels, probably owned by the same person at the time. The label for The Royal is harder to find than the Splendid.
