VERY RARE RATED "R3" in RIC Struck under the reign Constantine I, AD 330-333, Heraclea Mint, 4th Officina. Obverse: CONSTANTINOPOLIS, Constantinopolis' pearl-diademed helmeted bust left in imperial cloak and holding scepter across left shoulder. Reverse: Victory with open wings in posture of alighting, facing, head left, right foot on a vessel's prow, holding scepter in right hand and leaning on shield with left arm; SMH?
