This is an Audemars Piguet table clock. You often see novelty battery-powered models, but this manual-winding model is not so common.
The quality is exceptional, and because it is mechanical, it has a great sense of weight. The power reserve is 8 days, and the date is not a decoration but an actual calendar. The day difference is hard to tell precisely because of the two hands, but I think it is about 2 minutes in 8 days. I think this is common in hand-wound watches with a long reserve, but I think the adjustment method is to use + for when the watch is fully wound and - for the end of the day when it weakens, so that there is almost no difference in total. Condition: There are minor scuffs and scratches, but no scratches that would catch a fingernail. To International Buyers - Please Note.
